The story so far...
In 1967 a amateur pop-rock group in California called The Monkees found a book of spells. Micky had purchased it and he and Peter convinced Mike and Davy to join them in fooling around with a time travel spell. They never expected it to work, but when it did, they weren't prepared for what they would find...
A great war was upon the land they were transported to. One that was unlike any other in any history book. They found magic, fantasy, and characters they had thought only fictional in their time. Elves, wizards, gnomes... A magical stone that gave them all powers: Peter was given glimpses into the future. Davy can turn into small animals at will. Mike was granted the power to heal, but with expense to his own body. Micky was given feathered wings, which he can make vanish if he so chooses.
They found love as well. Davy and Peter doing so while the evil Lord Axel had first captured the both of them. Mike and Micky in their wait to rescue them. Zoey had feeling for Mike, which made things confusing for all three.
But they also found great horror. Peter was taken captive by the evil Lord Axel of the manor, made a slave, beaten and raped. Zoey had been taken as well, given to his guards to do the same to. During their rescue, a battle broke out. Peter had killed Axel, the man who held him prisoner, but suffered a stabbing to his stomach.
Now they have taken refuge with the elves and are being treated for their injures. A dark energy had recently possessed Davy, attempting to break his ties with his friends. Zoey concurred the demon, freeing Davy.
They now await the dinner being held by the elven king in their honor and finding their way home.
INDY
Peter Tork - 24, dark blonde hair, brown eyes, 5'9; born in Connecticut raised by parents who would rather not talk about emotions. Peter traveled to New York's Greenwich Village, playing in the hippie-folk scene before leaving for California. A bit clumsy, extremely musically gifted, and terribly naive. Has a tendency to cry easily and is easily upset. He always has the best interests of the band in mind, however sometimes getting them into trouble by accident. More into the hippie scene than the others. Bass, keyboards, banjo, etc, and rarely lead vocals.
Michael "Mike" Nesmith - 23, black hair, brown eyes, 6'1; born in Texas. Occasionally wears a green wool hat (or blue or black sparingly). His father left him, his mother and his younger siblings, forcing him to take the adult role in the household. He knows what responsibility is all about. However not many had much belief in him as a student or in his future, after graduating high school, Mike left for California. Acts as the leader of the group, somewhat serious and a real thinker. The main songwriter of the group. Lead guitar, occasional lead vocals.
Linda - Blonde hair, brown eyes, pale skin and pointed ears. All elves have a ethereal aura about them and are able to speak telepathically. They are all immortal as well. The elven princess of the Woodland elves. She's strong, compassionate, and an excellent healer. She takes her role as the future leader of her realm very seriously, but she's never afraid to make herself available to her subjects. She is making sure to take care of their special visitors personally.
Rory - Blonde hair, green eyes, pale complexion, pointed ears. The elven prince of the Woodland elves, captain of their guard. He protects his sister fiercely, as Linda is more quick to throw herself into danger for the sake of others. While he doesn't question her training with sword or bow, he doesn't wish to see her hurt at all. He doesn't smile as often as Linda, but tries to be as friendly as he can.
Gandalf - A wizard of great respect in the Woodland's realm, welcomed always by their King and his children. Gandalf is a constant source of council to the royal family and everyone in the land. He holds a great magic, though cannot find the source to grant the Monkees home.
